Melissa Avedisian

Melissa Avedisian is the Director of Special Events for Blithewold Mansion & Blackstone Catering. Anyone who has met Melissa would tell you, she’s a true people person with a genuine sincerity that makes everyone comfortable from the moment they meet her. With over twenty-five years of hospitality experience, Melissa’s career has taken her from sous chef to coordinating conventions of all types, sports tournaments and large-scale corporate events for the city of Providence and surrounding communities. It’s not only Melissa’s breadth of knowledge, but also her positivity and passion for the client’s vision that ensures confidence that your day is in safe hands. 

 

Melissa can’t miss a good party or dinner parties or cookouts, dancing, live music, large get togethers, small get togethers that become large get togethers with live music that turn into full blown dance parties. Well, that used to be the case. Now she really loves the summer, when she can spend time with her family at the beach.
