Debra Lee

Event Manager

Deb was hired back in October 2000 as a waitstaff and signed onto the event management team not long thereafter. She is a resident of Middletown, RI living in her family's original 1850's built home where she raised a daughter and son.

Deb is a graduate of the University of RI with a Bachelor of Arts/photography. She has been in the hospitality industry off & on since college. She has helped Blackstone manage such events as the US Women's Open in 2006, Corinthian Events, galas for the Norman Bird Sanctuary, IYRS and Tennis Weeks at the International Tennis Hall of Fame as well as numerous weddings at one of our larger venues Rosecliff mansion in Newport. In 2019, Deb won the Catering Employee of the Year by Rhode Island Hospitality due to her hard work and dedication to this industry.

I enjoy going out to dinner with great company.
I love reading a good murder mystery book.
If I have a weekend off, you can see me gardening in my yard or traveling to visit my children in Florida!
